Bugged out microsoft sign in ps4

im on ps4. ever since an update cam out fo rminecraft a few months ago in 2020. i csant sign in my microsoft account. every update it would alway sign me out and my skins would be gone. but then one update made it glitched out to where i cant sign in. yes ive tried everything. i have to go on aonther ps4 account to let me sign in. 

even if i make a NEW microsoft account it will always say

"oops! looks like this account is already connected." like what??  this is a brand new account. but the SAME account would work on the other ps4 account. make me mad. i wanna use mhy main account. i shouldnt have to do extra stuff to play servers. please help. anyone else got this problem?
