MCPE Free trial and sometimes not loading in screen

Ok So There is a glitch I have GOt it all time So it gets me free trial when IM FREAKING SIGN UPPED AND BOUGHT MCPE FOR WINDOWS 10 pls fix this its annoying AND SOMETIMES

minecraft doesnt open in the loading screen please fix these 2 bugs
