Unable to log out of account & can not access Marketplace

Just the other day I got kicked from my account because I opened Minecraft while my internet was off so I turned it back on and logged back in, but I clicked leave on device by accident this time. When I saw that my marketplace purchases were missing I tried to log out but could not. and followed what it said, this did not work so I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and now I cannot log out and can't access the Marketplace, when I open the game it says "Error Number -9"
