I am glitching through leaves in the end and I am repeatedly dieting in the void.

So I was working on an enderman xp farm with a friend and I from glitching through a block after that I went back to continue working on it when I died again when I was running across a section of leaves and I glitched through it and it happened again until I was finally done and couldn’t handle it anymore.
