Taking damage without any cause

I take damage for absolutely no reason and this has happened atleast 4 times. I will usually take damage when I am building up in a relatively high place, I even died ince while building a tower. This bug doesn't seem to require anything ekse than me standing on my own block a few blocks in the sky.
