Skin changes back to Steve/Alex whenever the game starts

Whenever I start the game it takes about 15 to 30 seconds for the game to load properly, to log back into my Microsoft account, to properly load multiplayer/realms and to load the skin I use. ALTHOUGH, after the game loads properly, the skins changes back to Steve/Alex! To mention here, this happens ONLY with imported skins! The custom skins, and the one bought/taken from the marketplace don't have the same issue.
