Using CTRL + Pick Block on a container with items inside does not copy its data

Summary:
When CTRL + Pick Block is used on a chest, barrel, dropper, or dispenser with items inside, the container is copied and has the "(+DATA)" text, but when the container is placed and opened, it has no items inside.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a chest
2. Put an item in the chest
3. CTRL + Pick Block the chest
4. Place and open the copied chest

Observed Results:
The chest is empty.

Expected Results:
The chest should have an item inside.
