unable to join world, windows 10 and bedrock edition

me and my girlfriend cant play minecraft together, im on windows 10 and shes on bedrock edition, we already checked our settings to crossplay and still says unable to connect to world, we also have each other added on xbox, please give us answers or fix the bug, thank you.
