Armor stand moves on dimension change

On dimension change in multiplayer, an armor stand will occasionally move. The armor stand was placed on top of a spruce slab and was enclosed by four spruce trapdoors when the issue occurred. It happened when both players currently in the game moved through and back through a nether portal. The armor stand also had a spruce stair pushed into the top block via a piston. This issue occurred in Minecraft: Education Edition version 1.14.50.
