Villagers will lose profession when breeding and break breeder

I have a villager breeder that worked for a couple hours but when I afk’d for a while I came back to see the breeding villagers had lost their professions and are glitched just throwing food without any particles. 

I know this is a bug because when I cured 2 new zombie villagers and put them in the breeder it worked for about the same amount of time but ended up glitching in the exact same way. 

I have more than enough beds so I know that’s not the issue and I have no other village structures in a 200 block radius.
