Bar Loading Screen Not Moving For 10min Every Time I Startup

On My PS4 When I Startup Minecraft And It Gets To The Bar Loading Screen It Stays At The Second Small Bar After The 4th Big Bar For About 10 Minutes Every Time, This Has Been Going On For About 6 Months I Think.
