Skin issue

Hello! I'd like to report a issue, I can't use my characters / skins I've downloaded, I can only use the thin-arm-skins not the big-arm-skins, could you please get this bug fixed? It's became pretty annoying and complicated getting a good skin or even any skins, if you could fix this it would be great, thank you.
