Fall damage no longer works in a specific world

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the attached world;
2. Change gamemode to survival and fall from any distance.

Observed Results:
No matter what happens, fall damage doesn't occur.

Expected Results:
Fall damage occurs when falling from certain distances.

Notes: It seems fall damage was automatically disabled when updating. Re-enabling it with a world editor does the trick.
