Non-saving custom skin

When I install a custom skin and re-enter the game, it is automatically reset to the Steve or Alex skin. At the same time, skins from the marketplace are not reset and remain loaded and installed. This issue was not observed as of version 1.16.210.05. A video of the problem is presented below.
