Enderman don't pick up flowering azalea and flowered azalea leaves

The Bug
In Java Edition 1.17, enderman does pick up flowering azalea and flowered azalea leaves. On Bedrock Edition however, they don't.

Step to Reproduce
1. Download and play the attached world.
2. Summon a few enderman.
3. Watch
---> They don't pick up any flowering azalea or flowered azalea leaves.
