Can't play with friends

Hello , my name is Yago and i'm here to report a Minecraft bug , me and my friend wanted to play together, and , when i try to enter his world , same as he try to enter in my world, It occurs an error called : "Couldn't connect to this world" , or something like that.

Can you solve it for me? Because i really want to play with him.
