I spawned 10k blocks away from my house in the nether

So basically I went in my nether portal and it spawned me 2k blocks away in the nether but in the over world it was 10k blocks away and I was really upset because i worked really hard on my world I hope you can fox this so no one else experiences this if they haven't already thank you for your time.
