Block outline visible where it should be hidden

The Bug:

When hovering crosshairs over a block, a small portion of the block's outline is visible where the block should be hiding it.

Reproduce:

1. Make sure 'Outline Selection' is on in video settings.
2. Place a block, (can be surrounded by other blocks), and hover over it with the crosshairs.
