There is no way to clear Dragon head or other skulls, because some of players using hack on it 32k enchant

I just found a lot of players using 32k power Enchanted dragon heads from a player hack unknown, I tried all was to clear that hack Enchanted dragon heads, because when a player hit other player have Enchanted 32k dragon heads, will break all stuff, (sword, armor), all players in my realm Complained, I just want mojang add a command to clear skulls like dragon heads and for clear I tried /clear @a skull 1 5, but is did not work, please mojang see this report bug
