Mobs don't avoid lava cauldrons when pathfinding

The Bug
Most mobs that are trying to pathfind don't avoid lava cauldrons, instead they ran on them, causing them to (sometimes) set themselves on fire. This could be dangerous to animals and villagers, especially leatherworkers.

This will be fixed in the next Java snapshots, so this bug is considered a parity issue. (~~MC-203637~~)
