Minecraft PS4 crossplay log-in unfixable BUG

I believe there is a major issue with the microsoft log-in for bedrock edition on ps4. I tried to log-in with the correct email account multiple times and it says, "Another account has already been created". I used the same email account to log-in and it gives me error. I contacted playstation, Microsoft and minecraft support team and they all couldn't fix my issue. Minecraft support told me to go to Mojang for help and they sent me a link. Microsoft said all the data from my account is gone and minecraft ps4 is not registering the email account I am using to try to log-in even though I am using the correct email. I was hoping there would be a way to disconnect the account linked so I can start off fresh but minecraft support team couldn't do that. I have not been able to access the cross-play feature ever since it first came to consoles. Please help me fix this problem so I can enjoy minecraft with my buddies on different systems.
