Will there are two bugs item frames and maps!

Item frames: when ever I put a block or what ever in the item frame and I quite the game and come back the item frame disappears and only the block or etc is left!😢

Maps: I take a plain map then I look in it I can't locate my self!

This is in single player form not multiplayer!😰
