Cant Join Minecraft Realm Stuck on loading Terrain

My sister can join her friends Minecraft realm. She was able to join the realm previously with no issues at all until this weekend her game crashed and now she cant join. Upon entering the realm she gets stuck on the Loading Terrain screen and has force quit the game. Players can see her load into the realm but they can't interact with her the game does not display she joins, but it does display when she leaves. Players also can use commands on her to kick or teleport it says target no found.

We have tried loading a backup of the realm, copying the realm, and her also reinstalling the game but nothing has worked. I looked thru various forms but cant seem find a fix for it.
