Unable to connect to worlds Xbox One

Hi, I've been having a problem accessing and creating worlds on my Xbox for a little over two weeks now. At first it was just one specific world that couldn't load so I made new ones to play on in the meantime but, after some time those worlds started doing the same thing and then i couldn't even create new ones anymore. I thought the issue would be resolved if I reinstalled the game and refreshed but it continues to happen.
