Activator Rail

I started a new game. Using an activator rail, with a villager inside the cart is not being expelled, as in previous versions. I am now with the newest version.
Xbox On S, version 1.16.XXX the most current.

this is not happening anymore the minecart is moving and up to two blocks up.
