Minecraft Movement glitches at x30 million

So I was about to put a bunch of deny blocks (far away from spawn because im building a house there) And when I teleported real far away, (/tp ~300000 ~ ~300000) The movement became choppy.. Not only that, when I tp to 30 million x and z, Everything becomes distorted?? Please fix so I can do experiments in my world. I also can't move at y 30million
