Settings reset to default if the game is closed while loading

When I close my game when the Mojang Studios logo disappears, the game fails to recognize the settings I had, and also thinks it’s a fresh install, except your worlds and behavior packs are still there. It also signs you out of your Microsoft Account.

How to reproduce: 

1. Open the game
2. Wait for the Mojang Studios logo to disappear
3. Close the game
4. Observe the game settings

Observed Results: The game forgets the user settings and treats it like it was just installed.

Expected Results: It should remember the users settings and treat it like it wasn’t just installed.
