Unaable to connect to World

I having problem to joining in to my friend world but he can join in to my world. I try everything and still don't work. I have the latest update of windows, i have the drivers updated, the only thing that don't appears in the windows firewall is the "javaw.exe". The last time i play was in my laptop and i can join but in the desktop i cann't join the world
