zombies not wearing armor

I don't know why but when I summon a zombie that is summoned since 4/17/2021 I cant put armor on it or give it weapons, it only does that if I already tried it on 4/17/2021 I even spawned a lot of zombies and threw a golden helmet on the floor, only the ones that were spawned on 4/16/2021 grabbed it. btw it only does that in worlds made before or on 4/17/2021 and if you copy the world it still doesn't work.
