Lingering Water Bottle cloud crashes game when you stand in it

This does not happen with other potions except for: Mundane Potion, Long Mundane Potion, Awkward Potion, and Thick Potion.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with the GameTest Framework experimental toggle enabled
2. Throw a lingering water bottle at your feet

Observed Results:
Game crashes.

Expected Results:
Game should not crash.
