I keep getting logged out of my account and can't log back in

Since the realm problems that occurred the last days, i've been getting logged out of my account with no reason and when i try to log back in an error occurs and says that my account has been logged in another ps4 even though i haven't shared my account or used my account in another ps4, one day it let ne log in but when i closed the app and opened it again i was logged out and it wouldn't log in by itself so i had to reconnect and i got the same problem.

Recently an software update came to ps4 and curious enough all this problems appeared.

Please find a way to fix this because i cannot play realms with my friends because of my microsoft account keeps logging off.
