I'm on the xbox 1 and your skyblock nether server crashes every dam time i go to the nether

Every time i want to go to the nether in skyblock nether i can't cause it ether crashes out side the portal in the nether or i crash half way to where the boss are and it's pissing me off please fix your servers that are on the Xbox 1
