Ravager doesn't destroy lush caves plant

The Bug
Ravager doesn't destroy lush cave plants such as the following:

Azalea & Flowering Azalea
Azalea Leaves & Flowered Azalea Leaves
Cave Vines
Big and Small Dripleaf
Spore Blossom
Hanging Roots

This bug ticket can also be considered a parity issue with Java, as Ravager on Java can destroy Azalea & Flowering Azalea Leaves.
