New caves are very messy

I've noticed the new caves are very messy and diamonds are really rare. Sometimes even pieces of village houses and paths are in the caves. Bedrock is exposed to the air, dripstone is scattered and looks messy, some caves are split in half, below y0 barely any ore spawns, and more!
