The main problem occuring bugs in game

The game is lacking and getting many bugs like as follows:-

• the block is not breaking
• The item in hand is changing suddenly
• then player can individually gone in any block and died
• the Boss like ender dragon can pass through bedrock chamber too
• After finishing half health of wither boss then weapons is not working and also it cant take damage from arrows
