Copper Ore generates at the wrong Y level and uses the wrong distribution setting

Copper never generates above Y = 64, currently. What should be the case instead is that copper generates between Y = 96 and Y = 0.

Currently, Copper is using the uniform distribution which should instead be the gaussian distribution.
