Can't join servers

Hello! I am new to this website so please inform me if what I am reporting is not relevant to this website.

 

My issue is that I cannot join any servers and realms. I have tried the Xbox Family Fix but I have already done this. Please help me as I am bored playing other games.

 

It keeps on saying "Loading" and nothing else. I have tried restarting, reinstalling, relogging-in, and a lot more things I could think of but nothing works at all.
