Block Lag - Watermelons and Pumpkins

When harvesting melons or pumpkins with a silk touch axe the blocks break, but do not drop and then reappear.
Also, when the item does drop, it shakes and hovers temporarily.

To replicate:

• Enchant an axe with Silk Touch, Efficiency V, Unbreaking III and mending.
• Use the axe to break watermelons or pumpkins.
