when I give a villager a job, go out of my world, go back in, break the job site block, it keeps it job.

I was playing my survival world on my Nintendo switch looking for a mending villager. I took a break and a hour later I joined back in and broke the villagers job site block. it kept the job when I have never traded with it before. it is very weird!
