Failed to log in to microsoft account. Error code: Pufferfish

Suddenly stopped my son from loggin in and being able to use our realm on his kids fire tablet. The error code is Pufferfish.

If I switch accounts to the paretn account on the fire tablet then it lets him log in, but it won't work on the child account.
