Going down By Scaffolding causes damage

I was playing on server. When you are going down by scaffolding. As soon as you reach ground, you get damage/hurt. I think the game treats going down by scaffolding as fall damage. I have to repetitively press down button to not get damaged. Going up by Scaffolding has no issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a scaffolding tower 5-6 blocks tall.
2. Press the down button.

Observed Behavior:
You get damaged when you reach ground.

Expected Behaviour:
No damage.
