Not Enough Space, still....

Since version 1.16.210, we have been unable to download any of the packs.  We can purchase them, though it seems to be taking multiple attempts to get into the Market place, but when attempting to download we get "Not enough space - 201mb".  I understand that about the whole 2GB save file.  We have gone through and deleted many worlds and packs (cleared over 200+mb), uninstalled, reinstalled, but nothing.  We are sitting at just shy of 1.1 gigs.   I've read though other issues, but I haven't been able to identify a working solution.
