Character trophy bug.

So I did the trophy for befriend five wolf on the ps4  and when I go to profile then edit character then style then headwear to claim the wolf mask. It still saying that the item is unlocked through completing a trophy. But I already done it. But I cant claim the item. Can you help with this.
