Unable to connect or disconnect Microsoft Account on PS4

Hi!

 

We are not able to log in to Microsoft account from PS4. I have been looking at this https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037725571-Minecraft-for-PlayStation-4-FAQ as I have the "Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account" message, but it does not include the "MyOtherMSAccount" part described on the help page. I have tried with the two MS accounts we have, but both give the same message. How can I get around this?
