Color code reset in the .lang file gives inconsistent results

 

 

So in the .lang file, I had the name listed as this:

tile.sr:spawner_chicken3.name=Chicken Spawner (§dx3 Speed§r)

 

From what it looks like to me, the "§r" in the name has had different effects on the display on the name depending on if you look at it from the inventory or in the hotbar hover.
