Crashes while curing Zombie villager

Everytime someone submits a report on this issue it's "resolved" but its not i would really like to cure my zombie villagers without the game crashing i play on the beta version on xbox and this report a bug site doesnt seem to be working because yall mark the issue as resolved everytime when it clearly isn't.
