Minecraft Bedrock Edition player render distance is too short and laggy.

Hello Mojang. I have a problem in this game.
When I play minecraft multiplayer with my friends, I can't see my friends when they're about 64 blocks away from me. I can see when they're in the distance.
This cannot be fixed with increasing rendering distance in video setting.
And It's too laggy when my friends are appear and disappear at a distance of about 64 blocks away from me. Even I playing this game on my desktop.
Please fix it..
