Glow frame and skin.

the glow frame is not being used the same as the normal frame, the glow frame does not execute energy when placing a sword, shovel etc and there is a skin bug too, whenever I start Minecraft, put the custom skin, I go out and re-enter the skin some, and turn to alex.
