Uncomplete actions

There is a super annoying problem that has multiple effects. The 3 effects I know of are that when I get a new piece of armor and try to put it on it will immediately go back into my inventory, but only once, the other 2 effects I know of are that when I try to place a block it will go back into my inventory and when I try to break a block it won't break. I really hope that you get this message and this can be fixed. Thank you.
