i found a duplication gltch

i was playing a game with my friend and we found this glitch and heres how to recreate it:
1.rename any items(9) which can be crafted into a block
2.craft the the block type of the items and no item will dissapear
there is now a guide on youtube how to do this and i really think it shold be taken down.
